How can your venue-finding service be free?
We receive a marketing fee from the venue or supplier when a booking is confirmed. This fee is not added to your rate.
Will I pay more than booking directly?
No. Whether you book directly or through Joburg Conferences & Events, the venue rate remains the same—and we negotiate on your behalf.
How do payments work?
Once the venue is confirmed, you receive the contract directly from the venue. You sign the agreement and pay the venue directly, ensuring transparent accounting.
Do you only arrange events in Johannesburg?
No. Although our offices are in Douglasdale, Gauteng and Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal, we source venues throughout South Africa and neighbouring countries.
Can you assist with small events?
Absolutely. We have organised everything from a board meeting for two executives to year-end functions for more than 1,000 guests.
