Organising your venue: Step 1

Our aim is to make you look great in front of your bosses and colleagues, to save you time and money and to become the only Joburg event organisers you’ll ever need.

We will start off by sourcing you a venue from over 2000 venues on our database.  We have a very fast and efficient software system, whereby we can get you your quotes  for a conference, team-building, training session, function etc., within a space of hours.  We will also negotiate on the rate for you, to stay within your budgets.

Once we have sourced the venue for you, we will accompany you on site visits, to make sure you are happy with the selected venue.

Organising your peripherals: Step 2

Once a venue has been finalised, we can start to assist you with peripheral services.

Should you then need sound, décor, lighting, staging, guest speakers, gifts, transportation, etc., we will then secure quotes from our trusted suppliers for you.

We will also assist you to choose your décor, should that be needed.  We will then help you to put together your final budget  and rooming lists for your conference.

On-site management: Step 3

And importantly, if this is a large conference with a lot of elements included – you will have a DEDICATED CONFERENCE MANAGER, on site with you to be your go between with the venue and to help you with every aspect of your event.

After the event: Step 4

At the end of your conference, your Conference Manager will help you to compile all the accounts before you make payment to the venue.
